Accent is proud to offer high-volume silicon production capabilities integrating its partner’s assembly and test technologies. We provide a wide selection of package options along with state-of-the-art test capabilities including wafer probing, mixed-signal and memory semiconductor testing. We also work with our assembly/test partner to define and implement production test programs that meet our customer’s qualification requirements while minimizing cost through test time reduction.
We follow proper test methodology beginning in our DesignPLUS System/SoC Definition stage. At this time, we identify and implement best DFT features enabling full ATE testability with maximum efficiency and minimum test time, while also providing the deepest coverage and maximum yield. We also engage partner test houses to evaluate trade-offs between production costs and capabilities for EWS along with final test and overall silicon supply costs.We develop single and multi-site test programs on a variety of ATE platforms.
During production, we continue to optimize test programs according to yield results and statistical data from the risk or volume production lots. Advancements in test methodology and test equipment are also used during production to improve silicon yield and cost metrics.
