Prior to production, we establish a rolling forecast process and allocate supply chain supplier production capability. Then we periodically review the production plan together with the customer to accommodate any changes to production volume according to market demands.
We launch regular work-in-progress process reporting at the start of the production. Work-in-progress can be monitored through specific customer-tailored reporting.
According to the supply chain business model selected at the outset, Accent also provides logistics services ranging from Ex-works deliveries to shipment of tested ICs devices to our client’s customer.
