Quality and ISO 9001:2008

Since the company’s beginning in 1993, Accent has focused on creating an environment for continuous quality improvement.  This is critical to achieving our primary goal of meeting and exceeding customer expectations with our products and services.  Accent’s ISO 9001:2008 certification reflects this commitment to quality.


ISO 9001:2008 specifies a quality management system where certified organizations must demonstrate its ability to adhere to a documented quality process across all areas of business.  Certified organizations must also show a process for continual improvement.  Customer satisfaction is enhanced by assuring that their requirements are identified and met as well as appropriate additional state and regulatory requirements.
